Note 8 not allowing "calls" setting for headset.

[Android Central Question]

I added an extra headset to my phone (Note 8) and even though I've unpaired the newest one I still can't get calls on my old one. The headset chooses "audio" and won't let me choose "calls" when I go to Settings. Any suggestions, please? This has happened before but I have finally gotten it back to "calls," but I can't remember how; it was a hit-or-miss thing.

Go to settings >general managment>reset>reset bluetooth ,network see if that helps
