Hi anyone know how to unlock OEM option to initiate a root on my note 8? I've tried all of them and cant root till I find the OEM. I know where its suppose to be but ko matter what i do wait the 7 days after requesting I tried setting g my calendar an auto updates to off an manually setting calendar back to older date to trick Arcore or which ever. Stuck like chuck can anyone help.

I moved this from the Verizon forum to the Note8 Rooting/ROMs forum for more specific traffic.

Thst would be in developer option ,to get to that settings then about phone >software info>hit build number multiple times then look in developer option.

Yea already did all that OEM is non existant online it said that it had to do with the build number how it was designed u dont get the OEM option till phone is paid off or something
. But I guess what I'm saying its note 8 Verizon SM-950U and really wanna root but cant. Any solution other then developer mode cause that's old news there has to be a way to utilize ADP or sideload custom ROM/Flash firmware ors ok something through Odin or linux

You might have to go to XDA forums and see if they have root , as far as I know all US models including unlocked in the US boot loader is locked meaning no root.
