Anyone get any movement on their returned phones? My return deadline is this Friday and I have a feeling Samsung is going to play coy on the trade in. I sent in a IP5 that met all the criteria. One the 15 day window is up, I'm at Samsung's mercy. I can't believe they will suffer the PR crisis of jamming people but what do I know. Samsung customer service is the worst in the business.
The 15 day return you have until the deadline date to ship it. Meaning lets say Sept 20th is the deadline and you take it to a Fedex authorized shipper, when Fedex picks it up is when it is considered sent in.
I was worried about this too because of Irma and it wasn't picked up until the 18th when the 20th is my deadline. Supposed to arrive there tomorrow.
