Note 9 512gb - Ordered from Samsung, chose T-mobile, nothing has shipped.

[Android Central Question]

Hey guys,

I ordered my Note 9 on August 10th. My invoice and receipt Samsung sent me after the pre-order said "Order by 8/20 to receive by 8/24."
- However, nothing has shipped yet......I got the blue 512gb model.

Anyone else having this kind of issue? I thought if I pre-order super early, I would be able to receive my phone by the 24th. I guess not.

As far as i know the one you ordered is going to get to users somewhere in September. Apparently they were not expecting to sell the 512gb one so well.
