Samsung failed to pack Note 10+ in package set to include Note and Buds

So I was supposed to receive my pre-ordered note 10+ yesterday with the Galaxy Buds in one package, package arrived and it only included the buds and phone is missing yet there's an invoice saying the phone was part of the order. After several calls to Samsung they have acknowledge I'm not the only case as they initially told me. Still waiting on them to see what happens. Has this happened to anyone else out there??
