Does the battery program come installed already? I don't see one .....also using heavily all day it only goes until 7pm which is not bad ......any tips to help increase?

If you go into "Settings", "Device Maintenance", "Battery" Tap on the "Battery Usage" button and you will see the screen shown in the posts above. This will give you good info on your battery usage. There are numerous threads on improving battery performance. the 1st thing to look at is how often things are syncing, what may be running in the background and what kind of signal (Nothing kills a battery like poor signal) That said, your mileage will vary..
