Note 9 - Bluetooth Headset Mic

[Android Central Question]

On my Note8, was able to take video and record through the mic on my bluetooth headset. I upgraded to the Note9, and taking video I find that it always uses the phone's microphone instead of my bluetooth headset mic, even when the headset is connected for phone and media. Same goes for sound recorder. How can I make the phone use my bluetooth headset mic? Is anyone else having this problem. Very frustrating!!
