Note 9 Calling app unusable (Crashing)

Ever since the past couple updates that have come to the Note 9, I have been unable to properly use the stock calling app that came with the phone. Everytime I get a phone call the entire screen freezes, not allowing me to interact with it at all, so it just rings perpetually until I press the power button to hang up, or am forced to answer with my headphones. Even when I try to make a call, the call will start to dial, but only after the entire app crashes right after, sending me in a loop of error messages saying "App crashed, press to close" or something along those lines. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? I am running the latest software for the Note 9 and have also tried clearing both the cache and the data for the calling app with no luck.

It no longer crashes in safe mode, I guess I need to find the app that's causing it. Thank you
