Note 9 Running Pie won't connect to Odin

[Android Central Question]

My Note 9 will not connect to Odin no matter what i do, i used different usb slots on my pc. i updated, uninstalled and reinstalled usb drivers. I want to use this so that I can downgrade my phone back to Oreo, but nothing is working. Someone please help..
