Note 9 Stuck - HELP!

My Note 9 is stuck. It’s powered on with about 40% battery left but it won’t let me unlock it. It keeps asking for my pin but after I enter it, it just goes to the lock screen again. If I press the power button to power it off or restart it, it does nothing but go back to the lock screen again and asks for the pin. I tried to get bixby to do it too, still no dice. I can open the camera, receive phone calls, and see all of my notifications, but that’s it. I can’t unlock it or do anything else.

Is there anything I can do besides waiting for the battery to run out completely. This is the one time I hate the excellent standby battery life. LOL

I just went through this. Pin Unlock wouldn't. I contacted samsung, they didn't want to help me even though I could prove the device is mine. I finally found a page to reset my device manually...and did. Once inside, I had to validate myself, which was fine...then resetup my device.
