Note 9 tripod recommendations

I recently upgraded to the Note 9 and so far I've been hugely impressed with the phone. Very fast, looks amazing and ticks quite a few other boxes too. I really want to have a proper test with the pro camera features, but I'm not overly confident about my current tripod setup.

I have an Arkon tripod with the smartphone holder which looks ok, but I'm not convinced is very durable. It seems that the tripod legs lose a bit of stiffness every time they are manipulated to a new position and I don't think it'll be that long until one, or more snaps off. Rather than tempt fate, I would like to find an alternative tripod setup that is not only versatile, in that it can be adjusted for uneven surfaces, but is also durable and will last.

Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Thanks :)

I use the same tripod I've been using for years with my mirrorless camera. It's made by Manfrotto. They make great durable tripods. I'm sure they have one that'll fit your needs.

I bought a couple of these... Cheap like borscht, and you can carry one in whatever you're packing. Attaches to car dash, a branch, whatever's handy. Also have a 'real' tripod, but this one has proven very handy because it's always there...

Still on the lookout for a clip-on ND filter for the Note 9 though, so if anyone has a recommendation for one of those, that would be cool.
