Note Edge Benchmarks not near as good as the Note 4

I suspect neither phone is running final firmware yet, and the Edge is probably further behind in the development process than the 4, just because it's a bigger development job.

I can give you an opposite result.

Don't forget these are devices in a display floor being brutalized by tons of journos. There might be tons of background apps open because everyone is checking these devices non-stop.

A good method to perform benchmark is to reboot the device before every test. Running simultaneous benchmarks is bound to throttle the device. Both these devices have same hardware. I see no reason why one would have much better numbers than other, unless it's a lemon or flawed tests.

Samsung has been too busy to cheat the numbers for the edge. Give them a couple weeks.

Not that I care about such thing, but you opened the pandora's box.

Although Samsung was the first major OEM to be caught cheating in Android benchmarks, it appears to have completely abandoned the practice with the Galaxy S 5's shipping software. Not only was I unable to find any evidence of the old cheats
