Note2 Display Dimming, "Overactive"

Has anyone noted that the Display is " Overactive " with a up and down actively dim, bright, dim, bright activity of the display.? Is there a setting to adjust or "Ease" the back and forth of the display brightness?

Go to settings/display/brightness and uncheck automatic brightness and it won't do that anymore.
