Most definitely! Samsung could have made the Gears compatible with 4.1.2 but I guess it was just easier to make it 4.3+. S3 owners are going to be very happy, to be sure.

The Note 2 doesn't even have 4.3, let alone 4.2 yet. Samsung is sucking with the software updates as of late.

The Note2 will skip 4.2 and go straight to 4.3
It's the best thing Samsung could do ! 4.3 is a huge update that the Note2 needs drastically !

Apple iDevices have their place. I still think FaceTime is amongst the simplest and broadest video chat programs to use.

Thank you. I was waiting on the Z30. BUT, the dated specs and boring OS10, bringing nothing spectacular to the table, I am feeling left behind the times. Time to look into Android....I will not stoop to the hipster crApple products though...

I was a BB user since 1999, BES/BIS etc...and every device along the way. Bought the Note 3 last week and it's bye bye BlackBerry - for good! Do it; you won't ever look back!
