note3 dont hear nothing on making or receiveing call

last week it happened 2 times
when i was called I don't hear other side and they don't hear me
I made a call and I didn't hear it ringing when other side answered we also couldn't hear each other

after reboot it worked again

then this morning same problem again?

When this happens, can you hear each other if you change to speakerphone, or use wired/Bluetooth headsets?
