the problem is that the life of a Li-Ion battery is about 2 years. Note 4 hasn't been made in about 4. I am going to assume its batteries haven't been made in 4 years also. Any Li-ion battery, whether used or not, is half-dead when it's 4 years old.
I bought 2 new Note 4, the phones are nice but the OEM batteries were dead. One vendor on Ebay gave me about $10 credit for one that was dead and I used it towards a ZeroLemon purchase.
If you get a new Note 4, just give your self a favor and save a lot of aggravation about runtime. Remove the throw away the OEM battery and installed ZeroLemon.
