I traded my S7 Edge + cash for a brand new Note7, and roughly a week later, Samsung announced the recall.
I've lost count of how many times I tried to contact T-Mobile and Samsung, all I got was since I'm not the original buyer, T-Mobile/Samsung wouldn't issue a replacement for my phone.
Anyone here has the same problem?
