Yeah but been hit or Miss with most saying not good, that's why I was thinking Android 10 might help , but if you have any suggestions to help battery life for OP defently more then welcome to suggest.

Don't know about a rotten egg. I was getting 8 sot with Oreo. As soon as pie arrived everything turned to **** .

Which is pretty solid , Android 10 is not to far away let's see if they fixed it before digging deeper .

One of several reasons I did ask I could to hold onto Oreo.
I have always felt that phones run best on the OS that originally came on it.

I totally agree with you. I preferred my Note 9 on Android Oreo. The only gain imo with Android Pie is the UI design especially night mode. I was originally getting 10 hours SOT. Pie dropped it by an hour and September update dropped it to 7-8 hours.
