Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone rooted?

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

By the way, turn off your CAPS LOCK. Typing in all caps is the equivalent of shouting on the web. Thanks!

Sir Again the problem is there in the safe mode.I think that sololauncher is making this problem. while trying to uninstall all functions are stopping,Any solution for hardware/ firmware problem.please help me.

If it occurs in Safe Mode, then either the firmware is corrupt and has to be reinstalled, or there's something wrong with the hardware. You'll have to search the web to see if you can reinstall the firmware to your phone. You'd have to root it first, then find a copy of the stock ROM to install. I won't be able to help with that, sorry. Good luck!

Sir one more question, i installed software like moborobo and drivers in my pc and connected my karbonn titanium s2 plus android via usb cable, it is detecting but not correctly installing the drivers.so i am unable to root the mobile. sir any great advice?

Sorry--when I mentioned that I won't be able to help with that, it's because I don't have any real experience with it. Hopefully someone else can help. Good luck!
