Notification bar on my samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0

I have had my tablet about a month and things are ok, but I notice that when I was watchingdifferent help videos on utube, I notice the notification bar is different to mine. I looked at my box and the box was the same as other peoples on the net. I only have a back button, home button and on the box and net they have a screen capture button, the time etc. It reckons I am up to date. Am I being a goon or is something up with my tablet. Please help

The screenshot button was removed with the 4.1 update. Now you can capture a screenshot pressing both Power button + volume down button.
