notification & camera flash

Under accessibility the notification for camera flash is always coming on when I uncheck it. I have restarted my phone and even when I dont restart. Later thst day it comes back.on. Anyone know why?

No but my air view settings keep turning off after I turn them on. Must be part of the settings glitch.

Is there a confirmed glitch in the settings from samsung or android? This is my first phone away from the iPhone. lol
