Notification chime

Everytime I download a document or picture my LG V30 makes a notification chime. How do I turn that off, it's annoying?

Welcome to Android Central! Yes, that would be annoying! Perhaps try looking within your system/sound settings options from within your Settings app. If not, you can always contact LG's customer support for a solution.

What app is doing the download?
Downloading from where?

After Oreo mine does that as well as when I make calls, get a call, hang up a call, etc.
