Notification from AT&T Address book and mobile networks

[AC Question]

Many times a day, and I haven't figured out what causes it, I get a notification saying that my ATT Address Book contacts will sync when I am connected to a mobile network. I can't turn it off, I don't use AT&T Address book. How can I stop the notifications. I don't have an option to stop the 'syncing". Help, please.... I'm new at this Android thing (loving it!!!)

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Go to Settings>Apps>All. Is there an AT&T Address Book app there? If so, select it and tap Disable, if possible.
