AC Question

I have an Acer Liquid Z630 and I suddenly keep getting a notification that says " install/update/enable Google..." in bold then underneath it says "request by com.google.android.syns.upda..."

Clicking on the notification leads me to a website with a coupon6.com url. I'm assuming this is some kind of spam but I don't know how to get rid of it.

I was getting the same notification. Figuring that one of my apps had some 'scare-ware' advertising, I checked 'restrict background data' in suspicious apps. (That's in settings>data usage, then tap an app.) I narrowed it down to 1 app -- Wave Unlock. I've had just that 1 app restricted for a couple months, and haven't been harassed by that notification.
