Phone in sleep..blinking for no reason. Clear of all notification n still?

Mine keeps blinking after clearing notifications, too. Sometimes, if there was a new email and I cleared the notification, but left the email unread, it blinks until I open the email. Annoying.

My notification ringtone goes off randomly (i think) when its on the dock..??
