Notification on Lock Screen

I really like my S10 plus. However, now I no longer have the notifications on the lock screen. A few days ago, I installed Light Manager and didn't really care for it, therefore uninstalled it. Since then my notification on my lock screen disappeared.

I really miss it and now I am constantly seeing if I have any notifications.

Can someone help?

Light manager is for controlling the notification light LED. The s10 doesn't have one.

Go to settings -lock screen- notifications- View style- select detailed

Now my screen is black. The lock screen comes on, however a second later my screen turns black. And when I pick up the phone, now I see my lock screen and the notification. Its like my phone is asleep.

How can I fix it?

Make sure your aod is on and check always.

You cannot read the content of the notifications with the screen off entirely. Enable Double tap to wake. After a double tap, your lock screen will turn on. Then you can read your notifications.

You cannot read the content of the notifications with the screen off entirely. Enable Double tap to wake. After a double tap, your lock screen will turn on. Then you can read your notifications.

Everything is set correctly. I have AOD on my phone and I just want to be able to look at my S10 for notifications without having to pick up the phone and see it.

The only thing I found for the notifications to wake up my lock screen is an app called glimpse notifications. So if you ever have an issue with notifications not waking up the lock screen, try this app as it works.
