Notification panel shake

I do like how the other notifications in the notification panel shake a bit when you swipe one off.

I absolutely hate it. Any ideas to disable would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't really noticed that is it a setting. Or maybe I just am not paying attention.

It's a new "feature" on the build for the S26U

I'll keep an eye on this , only thing I noticed was high priority is highlighted over other notifications.
