Notification problems with clock and lock screen

I have two problems that suddenly arose just today. One, my clock in the notification shade is frozen - it changes sometimes but I don't know when - but the clocks on the lock screen and the widget work fine. Two, I cannot interact with any lockscreen notifications, like pausing media or opening an email. I've had EMUI 5 since the 13th. How on earth do I solve these bugs?

For lock screen:
Go to settings -> Notifications & status bar

1) Select Notifications management
2) Click on the gear settings icon on the top right
3) Select your option for what to do when device is locked
