Notification question

I am about to receive my S4. On my previous phone the rezound I had to download Ics enhanced ringer control in order to shut off all notification sounds at night except for the ringer . Is this function built into the S4 or do I need to download a app and if so does any one know of one that will work that seperates all the notification sounds like ics

Well I know they are suppose to come with a function called blocking mode that Verizon deemed fit to remove from the s3. Which they may do again. So you might have to download one from the play store.
