Notification screen messed up

When I pull out my buds, the notification screen doesn't show all the text that should be there. Doesn't matter if dark or light theme, see screenshots of what's going on. Any idea what I need to do to fix this? I've tried deleting the bugs and adding back, uninstalling the app, but nothing works. TIA!
