Hi. When I pull down the notification "shade" from the notification bar, the thing just rolls up on its own with me sliding it back up manually. At times, it does it right away after the pulldown, other times it does it on its own a bit later. Is the shade manual? Is my Nova launcher interferring with its normal operation? Thanks so much!

This actually started happening with mine within the last couple weeks too. I really think the Aug 30 OTA update really screwed the pooch on many things. Sprint also.

Yes, at the time of the download I was on Nova Prime. Haven't read the article yet but I will thanks.

Anyone find a solution for this auto roll up? It happens to the edge panels too. For some reason when I am on Wi-Fi the shade and edge panels stay put when I swipe them.

For anyone who is interested, I found the problem. It was in sprint bloatware. I booted up in safe mode and the slide panels stayed in place. So I narrowed down, after deleting the sprint WiFi protection app the swipe down notification shade and edge panels stay in place as they should.

Thanks for this! It was SOOO irritating to have this beautiful phone, and not be able to keep the notification shade displayed when I wanted it. Gotta' love bloatware. This is an example of not enough regression testing of the app (I'm a software developer), and, unfortunately, things like this can be hard to find unless a good Q/A department is doing its job well! Kudos for taking the time to find it - I uninstalled the "Secure Wi-Fi" app, and all is as it should be!
