Notification Visibility/ Settings?

So, not sure when it started (I think maybe after using Good Lock to change "Panel Settings" color in Quick-Panel Star). However, now the pop-ups I get are so faint that they are barely readable. I cannot seem to find a setting to get them back? I am sure that there has to be an opacity setting somewhere that I am missing. Anyone got any idea?

Just a thought, do you have a theme applied?

I have the default theme with a black wallpaper (Tried reapplying the default theme - but that made no difference)

It really seems like when I used Good Lock to change the color theme is when it happened. But, there is no revert to default there.

Never mind, I found it. Apparently, it WAS QuickStar on GoodLock

And, although you cannot revert, you can pick a panel setting with a different background that has a visible popup. Then, you can change some of the colors.

Would have been nice if they had a restore defaults option. Oh well.
