Notifications don't work!

Hi all switching to Samsung from Apple and got a note 7 and the gear fit 2. I have enabled the notifications i want to get on the tracker but I get nothing. Anyone knows what to do? Big thanks!

Update from Note 7 forum: Take the white sticker off the heartbeat sensor.
