notifications from email blocked?

I am not seeing notifications from my BlackBerry Hub. When I go to Notifications on the S10+, the notifications tab is turned on for emails from my Inbox. But in my BlackBerry Hub settings, under notifications it says "notifications are blocked" and I cannot turn on the button to enable notifications. Where can I take off this blocking?

Ok, mustang7757. When I went into the Hub itself to "manage account" and then to notifications, it said "notifications for this category are blocked. " I tried to turn it on there but it would not work. This is when I posted. Afterwards, I went into the S10+ settings to Apps. I scrolled down to the Inbox app. Under notifications it said, "blocked" so I changed that to allow and now everything works fine. Thanks again for trying to help me.

Glad you found the fix! I sure do miss using BlackBerry Hub on my BlackBerry Q10!

Hub is awesome, although if you follow CB you'll notice that there isn't nearly as much love/support for it as there used to be.

I'm a big Hub fan. Unfortunately it doesn't work with Android 12 Beta 2. I'm hoping for a BlackBerry Hub update.

I'll be avoiding Android12 if I can, if Hub doesn't work on it once Android12 finally fully comes out.
