Notifications have stopped appearing on the lock screen or the notification bar?

Had my OnePlus One for nearly two years, everything else seems fine with it, but now when I get a notification it isn't showing up anywhere on the actual screen. The phone vibrates as usual, and the LED flashes as usual, but I'm having to gauge by how it vibrated and what colour the LED is to figure out where the notification is coming from. Any help would be really appreciated - I keep missing e-mails and messages!

That's been happening on my OnePlus One too, but only intermittently. I keep getting os crashes. (System.ui, etc.)

Using custom ROMs or COS? Have you checked all the notification settings (do not disturb, app notifications, etc) in the settings?

I don't know about the OP, but my OnePlus One is completely stock. I'm not sure what happened to it. For the most part it works fine, though.
