notifications on mobile data

hey guys,
I'm having a problem concerning notifications on mobile data.they simply don't come unless I'm connected to WIFI. Any solutions ? thanks for advance

Maybe your setting is for them to come in when you're connected to WiFi

there isnt a setting for that so i dont know why youre not getting warnings. you do have the yellow warning bar set to where you want it dont you?
also i think "set data limit" has to be checked
