Notifications sound on Moto G2 not working

Already checked all settings and did the factory reset as well. No use. Message,whatspp,email etc notification sound not working. Even loudspeakers not working on call. But music/videos are easily playing on loud speaker

Welcome to Android Central! I know you said you checked all settings, but just to be sure -- you've made sure that the Ringtones/Notifications volume is turned up? This volume slider is separate from the Media volume slider.

If you go to Settings>Ringtones and select any ringtone, does it play a sample for you?
