I've been looking through the threads and haven't seen this problem posted anywhere.
A lot of the games I play have no way in app to turn off notifications. When I go into the application manager and turn them off manually they don't show up. After I restart my phone the box is checked again in the application manager and I receive the notifications again.
I've gone through all the settings I can think of to find a solution. I've factory reset it multiple times, cleared individual caches, cleared the android cache. All to no avail.
Anyone have any suggestions?
