I randomly receive the following unwelcome message through my blue tooth connected hearing aids.

"When it's safe you'll first need to tap the notification. Then, you can let devices work with Google Assistant." when the phone is locked.

I have turned the Google assistant slider to off but I am still receiving the aforementioned message through my hearing aids, most annoying and can be off-putting when working. How do I stop receiving this message?

My phone details android Galaxy A20e
