Notifications

Hi Guys,
Just done a factory reset, and can't find the notifications settings? All I want to do is turn off all notifications, then enable the ones I want without going into each app and removing the check in the box!
I must be going mad because I was sure the notifications control was in the settings?

Settings -> Sound?
For all other notifications you'll have to go into each application (Messaging, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc) and set each one how you'd like it.
