Notifications?

Lets say I have my v20 in my pocket and gmail notification comes in (phone on silent). If I pull the phone out 30 minutes later will the notification show on the second screen? I am in the habit of only looking at the led light to see if I have email or tapatalk or whatever.. The led stays on. Will the second screen turn on when I pull v20 from pocket and will it show all notifications I haven't seen? Thanks.

You can set what you want to show on the secondary display when the main screen is off. If you set it to date/time, it will also show notification icons.

And notifications stay on indefinitely? Some people complained they don't stay on long enough?

The icons will stay, yes. The complaints are for the summaries. I.e. If a text comes in, the message will scroll on the secondary display, but quickly revert to just the icon. People are wishing the message would display longer before going to just the notification icon.

It doesn't bother me personally, but I can definitely see their point.
