nougat update available!

That is good to hear. Can I ask is it still very much EMUI if that makes sense. I'm not worried about them tweaking it but does it still reflect what we all know to be EMUI? Which to me is it own league and so different in a good way it should be a third player in the software mobile industry. So overall it's still EMUI correct? Just with a little different layout?
The main changes to EMUI are the improvements to the settings menu and notification handling. It's a little cleaner in general.

This. What stands out to me most from a visual standpoint is that a few icons look different, and when you go into the clock settings, it no longer uses your wallpaper as the background; it's just a white background. Contacts are a bit more colorful now, as is the stock messaging app (which I don't use). It's not a huge change for me, and I don't feel like I have a different phone.
