That page says nothing about carrier testing yet in the US. T-Mobiles software updates page doesn't even show that it is in manufacturer development yet. It will probably start rolling out once the S8/ Edge is out.

I know it's typically been like this in the past. But, I think this update will arrive before the S8. They had the beta a lot earlier than prior updates and there seems to be more of a race to not be the last ones with updates to their flagships. Also, seeing that the S8 is expected in April and will have a new design, the update to the S7/S7E should not hurt sales.

Who wants to bet me the Verizon variant rolls out *way* before March? I'm on the Beta right now and have virtually no issues at all.
