Nougat USB Charging Default

Nexus7 2013 , Nougat 7.1.1

I need USB config to default Charging. It stays wherever it was left last.
The tab is used in car so when usb is connected will be in charge mode.

This device doesn't have an official Google build of Nougat, so what OS are you using?

Typically you can change the default in Settings -> Developer options -> Select USB Configuration.
