Nova Home Screens Wiped

I run the Nova Prime Launcher on my PE. I've had random reboots before but the latest one completely restored all of my home screens to stock. Luckily the settings within saved because it took me hours to perfect it. I tried a few reboots and a cache wipe but that did nothing. Anyone experience this before and/or anyone know what the cause could've been? Thanks in advance

Maybe the memory leak in 5.0 caused the system to crash, but the wipe, I have no idea.
