Nova launcher

I agree it is going to be hard to do that. I'm playing with this one now. Looks like Tapatalk is having issues with sharing links again.

Yeah links are still broken , web browser its little better lol. Let me know what you think , Apex launcher use to be close to Nova but not sure if they still around.

AUG was about there, similar to Nova, but front screen and inside screen don't Mix well. Icons are too big for front screen or to small for inside screen.

Probably the only one getting support is Niagara launcher at the moment , got XDA behind it . But dont like The way its layout is compared to Nova .

Well I've been messing around with launchers and decided I would go back to Nova for now and live with the delay. It works now. From what I've stumbled on it was the icon pack I'm using. On the other launchers I was using system icons.

So I went back to Nova using my icons after playing with the other launchers and no delay. I restarted the phone with Nova and my icon pack turned on. After restart had the delay again. I went to settings selected system icons went to home screen and no delay, then went back to settings and selected my icon pack again went back and no delay.

I'll keep everyone informed if this keeps working. I'm sure I'm going to be disappointed, but at least hopeful for now.

Also try setting up nova as new then tweak because if you done from back up it might play well with Folds settings

I did that already. I'm going to see if this little trick keeps working first, it's a pain setting up the launcher from scratch.

Honestly all, I have to agree with the Dev's here on this one. Not only are there a lack of proper API's to handle the foldable routines, but writing them yourself isn't really all the doable (I work in App Dev) unless you try to do something from scratch that will only get updated out of existence with Android 12L (12.1). Google already stated that this version will specifically support larger displays as well as multi-screen (foldables) is coming soon, so let's give them a little break and wait and see what they decide with 12L.

If they keep their stance without even looking closely into it, then flame away!
