That could be due to the password being wrong (case counts), a weak connection or the server being down, among other things.

Nothing as far as performance

Received the November update this morning took ages to download install. I have noticed the phone is snappier and no ram management issues any more. I open like 7 apps and when I go back to Facebook Chrome and YouTube they are all where I left off. In addition the double tap to wake now seems to work more consistently. Happy days. Anyone else?

It's probably me (placebo) but I actually feel a little bit of a bump in performance. A little smoother and snappier.

According to android police Google is aware of the memory management issue as of today but it wont be addressed for a few weeks

It'll be a slow rollout, generally Verizon will see OTA immediately. If you have TMobile it rolls out a day or two later for whatever reason. AT&T you should see sooner than TMobile. If you see outside US then I'm not sure

But if you are handy with adb tools it's pretty easy to just download the OTA image and flash it via adb. If not just few more days you will eventually show up.

Sometimes they do fix things they don't mention but I would be surprised if they fixed ram management. Could be the phone learned your behavior. My issues have resolved themselves with a little tinkering on my part.
