Finally showing the 5G icon on my phone after the update.

Yes! Finally saw the 5G indicator on my Verizon version for the first time today after updating this morning.

I'm embarrassed to ask the question, but does this update enable 5g on Verizon in some capacity?

I'm on Verizon prepaid and I now get 5G, so it will go without saying with postpaid.

You can sideload the OTA, it is very straightforward. Depending how adventurous you are

It's been a while since I used ADB. If I sideload, does it wipe the device or just run like a regular OTA update? Been a minute since I've done that.

Ahh gotcha yeah no it'll just run as a normal OTA it won't wipe

Thanks. Got the November update applied. Actually forgot how simple it was to do it that way.

I've usually gotten OTAs on the first day, so I don't know why it was being weird this month.

Haha yea it's definitely hard to mess it up.

Yea I think it being delayed kinda messed some stuff up
