Not yet and it's starting to tick me off. I bought an unlocked phone so I didn't have to rely on carriers deciding to push an update out. Never had this issue with the Pixel 2.

Verizon doesn't push it out google does, they stated week of and not starting on the 9th so they have up till Friday to push it out

Probably tomorrow if they're holding to Week of 11/9 deadline but I have a feeling it's delayed to next week or more, who knows

No. I read on Reddit that their support page now says the week of 11/16. I hope this is one off with having Verizon customers having to wait this long.

Google must be starting to slack off....on AT&T with my original pixel updates were like clockwork for 3 years. Now Samsung's beating them to the punch? Wow

This is technically true, but G doesn't push the update until VZW authorizes its release. There are many, many posts in these forums about updates being delayed for specific carriers. Too many for it to be coincidental. The truth is that carriers do control the release of updates, and that's not necessarily bad. There are likely some unique issues that may need additional testing. It's far better to test and catch potential issues than to release an update that breaks something important.

The update is finally live. Looks like the delay was related to enabling additional 5G capabilities.
