Such a buggy update, my wife's phone and mine never had issues with Bluetooth until the update, now you can make or receive one call and then it disconnects you. Secondly, I can no longer receive SMS messages, just says downloading...

I got a better one for ya... My phone no longer muti tasks. Nothing. Press the home button and presto it force closes the app. Not impressed.

Have you considered trying to learn how to flash the Community ROM. I can understand if you wouldn't want to, and I'm not just assuming that you should but it's definitely worth thinking about.

You can find a link to it in the stickies section of the Rooting Roms and Hacks section.

I've had zero problems with it.

Yep. I had Flashed back to stock using Odin. Wanted to try the "Official" release. But after a week of bugs and no multi tasking I'm waiting for a good build to hit XDA from the official source and I'm rooting again.

try the community rom then, it's been working well for me with my battery life... that is until I start playing words with friends, now that's a battery killer!

You mean you actually get WOF working? I gave up on that after about a week it was so buggy. Maybe I'll give it look again and see as it's been a little over a month since I deleted it. And Ill check that community ROM out. THX

Hmm you should try resetting your phone by going in recovery, you will loose everything but i bet it will fix it. You can root and use titanium backup to backup your apps and everything first if you want. i had a similar issue with my Droid X where every time i called one person it would disconnect immediately, resetting it back to factory default fixed it for me

What's even more sad is the fact that it took them THIS LONG to officially release it and still haven't fixed those bugs.

I used Odin to go back to 2.1 and all my issues were resolved. Battery life is great again. Bluetooth now allows my wife and I to make more than one call without disconnecting.

I really don't think Verizon ever had any intention to release it. They were to busy with the 4g devices and had put it on backburner with little or no testing. However after their Customer Service was bombarded with calls and emails they grabbed it up from Samsung and threw it out to the masses.

For all the bugs I blame both Samsung and Verizon. How much do those testers make anyway to say release it?

Which leads to another thanks for all the great guys here and the Community ROM.
